    Physical Education Resources
     
    There are a number of ways for personalized learning students to complete physical education requirements and achieve physical fitness. Some ideas are: 
     
    1. Participate in an organized fitness program provided by a local recreation center or gym.
    2. Join an athletic team kayaking students
    3. Regular use of aerobic exercise videos or exercise games appropriate to the student's age and ability.
    4. Walk, run, bike, or swim independently and keep a PE log of time spent doing each activity.
